This Pso-Neck is a wonderful addition to my Pso-Rite collection. All of their products are top notch. They work incredibly well when you use them consistently. It’s like having your own physiotherapist at your beck and call, for a fraction of the price of a couple sessions with a physio dr. Amazing, love every product bought to date ❤️😊

Another stellar product, and incredible service.

I have nearly every pso-rite product that exists (don't have the pso-key yet!). They are sturdy and phenomenal and I use them daily. Recently my pso-neck developed a minor stress fracture crack after years of rigorous daily use on all sorts of muscles and I reached out to support via the web chat just to ask if the product was still okay to use. It's so well engineered that even with the stress crack, the base plate still holds everything together well so I wasn't sure. I received an email back directly from the inventor of Pso-rite apologizing for the issue and asking for my address so they could send a replacement. He even offered to schedule a 1:1 to chat in case I had any questions. The replacement showed up just a few days later, same exact colour. I am so impressed with this company. I've loved the products for years, and this is the ONLY one that's shown even a small amount of wear which is remarkable when you know how much I use these. I store them all together in a big fabric basket with my theragun and it comes with me all day long, from home to work. The pso-neck is one of my favourites because the nubs are smaller, but the design of the unit keeps them elevated, making them great for getting deep into a wide variety of muscles. It's also small enough to fit in my medium-sized purse, so it's less awkward to bring to the movie theatre than the pso-rite or one of the back/spine units. I've bought and gifted so many of these products over the years and have stood by them. Now I've seen that the company stands by their products too, and offers excellent customer service.

It feels amazing and really digs into the tough to get spots that a tennis or lacrosse ball just can’t reach however compared to the original pso rite I have, the build quality is not quite as good. It’s creaks and makes noises and is nowhere near as solid. Other than that I live it and has greatly helped me relieve back and neck pain. I also bought the pso back for my mid to lower back as well.
